Group Rental Rules and Regulations: In the event any group members require rental equipment, such equipment must be rented from Brian Head Resort in order to receive discounted group lift ticket, rental and lesson rates. Each member of the group who is renting equipment form Brian Head Resort must have a signed, original rental agreement. Renters under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the rental agreement. If requested, our group sales department will mail the rental agreements upon reservation and receipt of deposit. Rental agreements must accompany each renter upon arrival. A $1 damage waiver is available for each renter. Damage insurance protects the renter from any liability associated with damage to the equipment including that beyond normal wear and tear. It does not, however, protect the renter in the event of theft or loss. Brian Head Resort provides secure, complimentary ski and snowboard storage at both Navajo and Giant Steps Lodges.
