Brian Head Opening Day

Brian Head Resort officially opened for the 2021/2022 ski season on November 24, 2021, the day before Thanksgiving. While mother nature gave the mountain spring-like conditions prior to opening, the Brian head snow-making team overcame weather obstacles and opened 2 lifts and 2 trails to give people in attendance a great first day experience.

Well over one thousand skiers and snowboarders of all ages kicked off the season on Opening Weekend. Both Giant Steps Lodge and Navajo Mountain Lodge are open and fully operational and staffed.

People can enjoy great food and a wide selection of beer at Last Chair Grill & Brews while watching the fun outside on the mountain. The menu was recently updated, expanded, and proven to be a big hit.

Snowmaking teams continue to add depth and mother nature is expected to join in with winter storms approaching soon. Stay tuned to Brian Head social media and check back to the website frequently as runs and lifts continue to open throughout the coming weeks.
