Ski with a Ranger

Skiers and snowboarders are invited to Ski with a Ranger! This is a new youth focused program provided by rangers from the Dixie National Forest at the Navajo Base Area from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This youth program will be an informative and enjoyable way for kiddos to learn about the ecology and geology of Brian Head Resort and the surrounding national forest.
You’ll also get the chance to see Smokey Bear not once, but twice! Smokey will make an appearance at the beginning and at the end of the scheduled program so plan ahead and get ready for some great learning opportunities and photo ops.
There will not be a skiing portion for today and all ages are welcome to meet with rangers from the Dixie National Forest at the base of the Navajo Base Area from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
