Escape the Heat | Experience Summer in Brian Head
Brian Head Resort, Southern Utah’s premier mountain destination, is excited to announce the start of summer operations on Friday, June 12. This summer, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, including scenic chairlift rides, hiking trails, family-friendly adventures, lift-served mountain biking, live music, and outdoor events. Nestled at an elevation of 10,000 feet, Brian Head Resort offers the perfect alpine escape from the desert heat. Its central location also makes it an excellent gateway to explore nearby national parks. Plan your summer getaway and experience all that Brian Head Resort has to offer!
Open 7 Days on Select Weeks
Beginning June 26, we are launching an extended schedule, offering daily lift access seven days a week through Aug. 30. This gives visitors more opportunities to enjoy scenic chair lift rides, mountain biking and high-elevation views during the peak summer season 7 days a week. During this same period, the Adventure Zone featuring a bungee trampoline, climbing wall, zip line and summer tubing will be open Thursday through Sunday.
Mountain Biking
Brian Head Resort features over 100 miles of downhill single track mountain biking. Utah is known for its iconic mountain biking destinations, and Brian Head is proud to add trails to your bucket list. Explore the diverse and technical terrain the mountain has to offer.
Scenic Lift Rides
Take in the fresh mountain air and panoramic Southern Utah views from Giant Steps Express. You can even see Cedar Breaks National Monument from a bird’s eye view.
Hiking Vista Trail
Explore Southern Utah backcountry and experience the diverse wilderness. Enjoy vast red rock views, fresh mountain air, and catch some shade under the aspen trees. First ride up Giant Steps Express to then hike down the 3-mile trail.
Mini Zip Line
Add a little thrill to your mountain adventure and take in the fresh mountain air as you glide 300ft over Brian Head Resort on the Mini Zip Line.
