First Tracks | Child Lesson Info

First Tracks is a private lesson program offered to children too young for group lessons (for ages 3-6 skiers & snowboarders). Your child will receive, private, individual attention tailored to their attitudes, desires, and capacities. With First Tracks, more emphasis will be placed on the child’s enjoyment than on the acquisition of skills. These children will play in the skiing/snowboarding environment. Some of their experience might be indoors. Extra care will be given to ensure the child’s safety. Games, activities, and exercises, will have a snowsport focus. They will learn to slide without falling and how to move with their equipment on. Some children will learn to slide on a Green Trail. Riding the chairlift is a possibility, but not an expectation.

Availability is limited. Advanced reservations and payment are required. These lesson options fill up quickly, therefore, we highly recommend booking your lesson at least 5 days in advance.
