Lost & Found

Left something on the mountain?

We’ll do everything we can to reunite you with it. Tell us what’s missing and where you last had it, and our ticketing team will take it from there.

Takes about 2 minutes · you’ll get a confirmation once it’s submitted.

What’s Covered

Our Lost & Found handles items misplaced on resort property. It does not cover the Brian Head Lodge; if you lost something there, please check with the lodge directly.

Report your item through the form as soon as you notice it’s missing. Our ticketing team reviews every submission and reaches out if they need more detail or once they’ve found a match.

How it works

  1. Submit a report – Fill out the lost item form with a description of your item and where you were when you last had it.
  2. We follow up – Our ticketing personnel review every submission and will contact you if they need more information — or as soon as your item turns up.
  3. Retrieve your item – Pick it up in person at the ticket office nearest to where it was found, or arrange shipping at your own expense.

How long We Hold Items

Recovered property is kept on the following schedule. After that window, unclaimed items are donated or disposed of.
Soft goods, such as jackets and apparel are held for 30 days.
Hard goods, such as electronics, payment cards, equipment, are held for 60 days.
